Spending my Christmas in this hotel was a great experience. The room was so comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The key location facts really helped me in exploring the city without getting lost. The free Wi-Fi was fast and accessible throughout the hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fitness center that was open 24/7.
The pillow was too high and uncomfortable for me, and the shower had a faint smell of cigarette smoke. The staff member in charge of the night shift was very loud and forgot to return my ID card.

The hotel offered a great Christmas experience. the staff was professional and helpful, making the check-in process effortless. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and an excellent shower. the location was perfect, close to shopping areas and restaurants.
There were some downsides to the stay. the cigarette smell from the shower was unpleasant, and the pillows were too high, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities we needed. The room service was top-notch, ensuring that our every need was catered to. We were also impressed with the airport shuttle service provided, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The room amenities, including ironing facilities and air conditioning, enhanced our comfort and made us feel right at home.
